Learning 2007 #5: eLearning Flair and the job market

eLearning Flair
Originally uploaded by Situativity
One of the interesting aspects that came out of the conference was unintentional. There were buckets of buttons people could use to indicate their interests or needs. While I lost some of my flair (yes, I know 15 pieces is the minimum and yes, I want to do more than just the minimum...), it served as a good conversation starter.

The most interesting facet of this was seeing which bucket emptied first. The one that emptied the fastest: "I'm Hiring." There were hundreds of buttons in each bucket so, one can draw the conclusion that the state of the learning professional job market is very strong.
